1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using EnvKit, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use EnvKit.
2. Licence to use EnvKit
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use EnvKit on your devices for software development. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law.
3. Beta program
EnvKit is currently in public beta and free to download. Beta software may contain bugs and can change at any time; we appreciate feedback while we improve stability and features.
4. Free software
EnvKit is provided at no cost. There are no paid plans, subscriptions or in-app purchases. You may download and use the app from our GitHub releases without creating an account or providing payment details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use EnvKit for unlawful purposes, to disrupt the service, or to infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for the projects, code and data you run through EnvKit.
6. Third-party software
EnvKit bundles and manages third-party tools (such as nginx, Apache, PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB and Node.js). Those components are governed by their own licences, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
EnvKit is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnvKit and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue arising from your use of the app.
9. Termination
You may stop using EnvKit at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where necessary to protect the service or other users.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as EnvKit evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below and, where appropriate, via an in-app or website notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
